How to add booking rules for parking

Steps to add booking rules

1. Navigate to user settings:

   • Go to the "Settings" menu within the Dibsido app.

   • Select the "Users" menu and then click on the Tab "Booking Rules."

2. Create a new rule:

   • Click on the "Create new rule" button under the "Parking spot booking rules" section.

     

3. Select the user group:

   • Choose the user group for which you want to set the booking rule from the dropdown menu.

4. Assign the rule to parking spots:

   • Select the parking spots or zones where this rule will apply.

5. Define the booking timeframe:

   • Specify how far in advance users in this group can make a reservation. You can set the timeframe by hours, days, or weeks.

     

6. Apply the rule:

   • After setting up the parameters, click "Apply rule" to enforce the rule.
