Steps to add an EV charging spot by enabling multi-booking and custom booking times
Navigate to parking settings:
Go to the "Settings" menu within the Dibsido app.
Select the "Parking" option to manage your parking zones.
Select the parking spot to be used as an EV charging spot:
From the list of parking spots, choose the one you want to designate as an EV charging spot.
Click on the parking spot name or the arrow icon to access the parking spot edit page.
Enable the multi-booking attribute:
Enable the "Multi-Booking" attribute by toggling it on. This allows multiple users to book the parking spot throughout the day, making it ideal for shared EV charging.
Enable custom booking times:
In the same section, toggle on the "Custom Booking Times" option. This feature allows users to set specific start and end times for their reservations, providing flexibility in booking the EV charging spot for varying lengths of time.
Customize the booking rules (optional):
If you want to further customize how the EV spot can be booked, such as setting specific booking timeframes or limitations, you can do so in the "Booking Rules" section under user settings.
