How to create a repeating parking reservation

Steps to create a repeating parking reservation

1. Navigate to the parking section:

   • Click on "Parking" in the menu to access your parking booking options.

2. Switch to the Days view on the top left corner.

3. Select your parking spot:

   • If your company uses an interactive map, find and click on the parking spot marker where you want to make a reservation. A sidebar will open with booking options.

4. Set up your reservation:

   • In the sidebar, choose the date and time for your initial booking. You can select a full day, morning, afternoon, or customize the start and end times.

5. Enable the repeat booking option:

   • In the sidebar, you will see a toggle labeled "Repeat booking."

   • Toggle this option on to enable repeating reservations.

     

6. Configure the repeat schedule:

   • After toggling on repeat booking, select the day of the week and the end date for the repeating reservation.

   • This allows you to automatically book the same parking spot at the same time on the selected day(s).

7. Confirm your reservation:

   • Click on "Book spot" to confirm your reservation and the repeated reservations will be created.

Important note:

You can create a repeating reservation only within the timeframe allowed by your company. For example, if your company has a booking window of four weeks, you can only set repeating reservations up to four weeks in advance.
