Steps and What to Expect
Upgrade your account:
When your free trial ends, you'll be prompted to upgrade your account to a paid subscription. This is necessary to continue using Dibsido without interruption.
Access for colleagues:
If you've invited colleagues to join during the trial, their access will be temporarily blocked until you complete the subscription process. Once you upgrade, their access will be restored.
Data preservation:
Don't worry about losing any of the work you've done during the trial. Your company data will be safely stored and waiting for you when you upgrade. This means you can pick up right where you left off without any data loss.
Automatic data deletion:
If you decide not to upgrade and your account remains inactive for a few weeks, we will automatically delete all your company data. This ensures that your information is not kept indefinitely.
