Key features of the guestbook

  • Kanban board for administrators/operators: The guestbook operates through a Kanban board system, allowing front desk staff to manage and monitor visitors effectively. The board is divided into three columns: scheduled, in building, and left. This setup provides a visual and organized way to track the status of each visitor.

  • Flexible viewing options: You can switch between different views on the Kanban board, including today's visitors, all visitors, pending guests, or the full visit history. This flexibility ensures that you can always find the information you need.

  • Adding visitors: Visitors can be added in several ways:

    • By front desk staff: Directly through the main board.

    • By users: Via their dashboard in the quick actions section.

    • By visitors themselves: Through a tablet view, allowing self-check-in.

  • Visitor confirmation: For added security and compliance, there is an option to send an email confirmation to visitors. This email can include important documents, such as an NDA, which the visitor must agree to before being allowed entry into the building.

  • Parking and desk requests: Users can also add requests for parking or desk reservations for their visitors, ensuring that all aspects of the visit are covered.

  • Exporting data: All visitor data can be exported, allowing for easy record-keeping and analysis.

  • Customizable tablet view: The tablet view can be customized to match your office's branding and specific needs, providing a seamless experience for visitors checking in on their own.
