# How to add a guest/visitor

Adding a guest or visitor in Dibsido can be done in three different ways, depending on your role within the company and the tools available. Here's a quick guide on how to do it.

## 1\. Adding a Visitor as a Regular User

**For Regular Users:**

-   You can add visitors directly from your **Dashboard** using the **Quick Actions** feature.
    
-   Simply select **"Add Visitor"** and fill out the required fields, such as the visitor's name, time of visit, and who they are visiting.
    
-   This option must be enabled by your company’s administrator in the Guestbook settings.
