# How do I allocate a specific parking spot to a user?

Allocating a parking spot ensures that a specific user always has access to a reserved space.

As an admin, go to the "Parking" settings, select the spot, and on the parking spot detail allocate it to a user in the allocation section. This is ideal for permanent or long-term parking assignments.
