Every confirmation email from Dibsido includes an attached .ics
file.
This file contains all the reservation details (time, resource, location).
You can use this file to add the event to your calendar.
For Google Calendar, you can enable automatic calendar sync in your user preferences.
To do this:
Go to your user settings (bottom-left corner → hover over your initials).
In the Notification section, enable Automatically add to calendar.
Once enabled, your Dibsido reservations will appear in your Google Calendar without any extra clicks.
For Outlook and most other calendar tools:
Open the confirmation email you received.
Click Add to calendar on the top of the email or on the attached .ics
file.
This will open the event and allow you to manually add it to your calendar.
Email notifications must be enabled to receive the calendar invitation.
Make sure you haven’t turned off email notifications in your personal settings.
