What is the Multi-Booking spot attribute?
The Multi-Booking Spot attribute is a flexible feature in Dibsido that allows a single parking spot to be booked multiple times throughout the day by the same or different users. This functionality enhances the utilization of your parking spaces, making it possible to adapt spots for various purposes, such as traditional parking, electric vehicle (EV) charging, or guest parking.
How does it work?
Multiple Bookings: When the Multi-Booking Spot attribute is enabled for a parking spot, users can make multiple reservations for that spot within the same day. This is particularly useful for parking spots that serve different purposes at various times, such as standard parking during work hours and EV charging in the evening.
Regular and Multi-Booking Reservations: Employees can have standard parking reservations and also book parking spots with the Multi-Booking attribute. This means that while an employee might have a regular parking spot reserved for daily use, they can additionally reserve Multi-Booking spots for specific time slots as needed, such as guest parking or quick EV charging sessions.
Versatile Space Utilization: This feature allows for seamless transitions between different uses of the same parking spot, ensuring that your parking area is fully optimized. For example, a spot can be used for consecutive guest visits or staggered use for different employees throughout the day.

How to assign the Multi-Booking spot attribute to a parking Spot
Navigate to Parking Settings:
Go to the "Settings" menu within the Dibsido app.
Select the "Parking" option to view your existing parking zones.
Choose the Parking Spot:
In the parking settings, locate the parking spot where you want to enable the Multi-Booking Spot attribute.
Click on the edit button (represented by a pen icon) next to the parking spot.
Enable the Multi-Booking Spot Attribute:
In the parking spot editing window, look for the "Multi-Booking" option.
Toggle the switch to "On" to activate this feature for the selected parking spot.
Save Your Changes:
After enabling the Multi-Booking Spot attribute, click "Save" to apply the changes.
