Navigate to the Reports Menu:
Go to the "Reports" menu within the Dibsido app.
Select the Parking Reports Option:
Choose the "Parking" option to access parking-specific reports.
View the Data You Want to Export:
Reservations Overview: This section contains detailed information about all parking reservations.
Users Overview: Here, you can see user activity, including the number of bookings each user has made and how often they release spots.
Choose Export Format:
At the top right corner of the "Users Overview" or "Reservations Overview" tabs, you’ll find options to export the data.
Excel Export: Click this button to export the data in Excel format, which is useful for further analysis in spreadsheet software.
CSV Export: Click this button to export the data in CSV format, which is ideal for importing into other software tools or databases.
Save and Analyze the Data:
Once exported, save the file to your preferred location. You can then open the file in Excel or any other tool that supports these formats to conduct more detailed analysis, create reports, or integrate with other datasets.
Detailed Analysis: If you need to perform more in-depth analysis than what is available directly in Dibsido, exporting the data allows you to manipulate it in Excel or another analytical tool.
Integration with Other Tools: Exported data can be imported into other business intelligence tools, databases, or software systems to combine with other organizational data for comprehensive reporting and analysis.
Sharing with Stakeholders: Exported reports can be easily shared with other stakeholders, such as department heads or executives, to inform them about parking usage and help guide decision-making.
