Analyzing workspace utilization

  1. Access the analysis tab:

    • Navigate to the "Reports" menu within the Dibsido app.

    • Select the "Desks" option and then click on the "Analysis" tab.

  2. Review usage metrics:

    • Total usage: View the total usage percentage over the past 30, 60, or 90 days. This metric shows how much of your desk capacity is being utilized over time.

    • Today's usage: Check the current day’s usage percentage to see how much of the workspace is occupied today.

  3. Identify high-demand desks:

    • Most used desks: The analysis provides a breakdown of the most used desks. This information helps identify which desks are in the highest demand, guiding decisions about allocation and potential adjustments to desk policies.

  4. Track user activity:

    • Most active users: The analysis also shows which users are the most active in booking desks. Understanding who is using the desks most frequently can help in managing reservations and ensuring fair access.

  5. Evaluate underutilized desks:

    • Least used desks: Identifying the least used desks highlights areas of underutilization. This might prompt a review of desk allocation, possibly repurposing or reassigning these desks to increase their usage.

  • Optimizing desk allocation: By identifying which desks are most and least used, you can make data-driven decisions about how to allocate desks more effectively.
