Steps to export desk booking data
Navigate to the reports menu:
Go to the "Reports" menu within the Dibsido app.
Select the desk reports option:
Choose the "Desks" option to access desk-specific reports.
View the data you want to export:
Reservations Overview: This section contains detailed information about all desk reservations.
Users Overview: Here, you can see user activity, including the number of bookings each user has made and how often they release desks.
Choose export format:
At the top right of the "Users Overview" or "Reservations Overview" tabs, you’ll find options to export the data.
Excel export: Click this button to export the data in Excel format, which is useful for further analysis in spreadsheet software.
CSV export: Click this button to export the data in CSV format, which is ideal for importing into other software tools or databases.
Save and analyze the data:
Once exported, save the file to your preferred location. You can then open the file in Excel or any other tool that supports these formats to conduct more detailed analysis, create reports, or integrate with other datasets.
